Order Processing & Dispatch

  • All orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours (excluding weekends and U.S. holidays).
  • Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will typically ship the same day.
  • Every order includes tracking and insurance for your peace of mind.
  • You will receive a tracking number via email once your order has shipped.

We ship internationally via USPS First Class International and USPS Priority Mail International. We cannot guarantee international delivery arrival times, as shipments are subject to customs clearance and carrier delays beyond our control.

Duties, Taxes & Customs Fees

All international shipments are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid). We do not prepay duties, import taxes, or customs fees. Any applicable charges are determined by your country's customs authority and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Hem Healer® is not responsible for customs delays or additional fees assessed at delivery.

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your shipment in real time.


Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • If your order is delayed or lost, please contact us at the information below.
  • If your package is marked as delivered but not received, please check with your local carrier or neighbors before reaching out to us.
  • Hem Healer® is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim and retain all original packaging materials.
